Small groups of mature stags welcome (up to 14). Games room, hot tub, and outdoor pursuits from kayaking to clay pigeon shooting.

Professional catering is available so you can focus on your guests rather than the kitchen. Arrange pampering treatments for your group. The hot tub, swimming pool, and games room provide built-in entertainment, while the barbecue terraces and expansive gardens offer space for outdoor gatherings of any size.
Gordon and Anastasia, the owners, are on hand to help you plan every detail. Our local team at BHHL is available seven days a week to answer questions and arrange extras.

“The whole house is a beautiful experience, nicely kept, big bedrooms with ensuites, big space on ground floor, lots of fridges and well furnished and stocked Kitchen with lots of kitchen ware and glasses. We cooked over 2 days with absolutely no problems for a family group of 46 mixed adults and children from 4yrs to 61years all found themselves enjoying. The grounds are huge we played outside, BBQ is big we had 3 stands all men enjoyed. The views are amazing with the river meandering down the valley. You can go down for walks or cycling along the river. Alison and Kim were great in managing our booking and queries.”
“Ye Old Ferrie Inn was lovely for a riverside walk and then lunch. The butterfly zoo was great fun; Raglan castle was interesting for those who like history. The house was lovely - everything we had hoped for. It allowed us to have a comfortable family get together and all be together, without feeling cramped”

“The garden area was particularly useful with the full age range that we had. Kim was very helpful in responding to various issues during the week. One thought would be to increase the amount of cupboard space in the kitchen for a food cupboard. It was difficult on the first night organising two large supermarket deliveries into the kitchen. Also, many thanks to BHHL as agents. They were swift & efficient in dealing with us before the week. Edward's Plaice chip shop in Hereford. They were very accommodating in organising a large order by click n collect on the same day some of us were in town. Spa Day for group at Holmer Park in Hereford. The group had an excellent day. Visiting the Mappa Mundi in Hereford Cathedral. Canoeing on the river. Long walk in and around Symonds Yat - the viewpoint at the top & crossing the river by cable ferry at the bottom”
“Misbah Tandoori in Monmouth. A comfortable function room that can seat 30 but was ideal for our group of 18. Goodrich Castle (English Heritage) is only five minutes away. Lots of countryside and river walks, plus canoe hire on the river at Ross on Wye. The house is spacious, including bedrooms and gardens.”
